Return and Refund Policy
Damages and issues
Backyard Birdie Golf guarantees your product will arrive free of manufacturing defects. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
If you receive your product damaged or defective and would like to exchange it, we’ll do so at no charge. All you need to do is send us an email at customersupport@bybgolf.com with the following information:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Detailed reason for return
We’ll then provide you with a return authorization number (RMA). Please write this number on the outside of the packaging before shipment.
Refunds
If you would like to return your product for a refund, please contact customersupport@bybgolf.com and provide the same information listed above.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Shipping costs in this case are non-refundable.
Once your return is received, inspected and approved for a refund, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and a credit will automatically be applied to your account.
